Hi,
you can just select the profiles here for usage in navigation/routing, there is no possibility to create other profile or change their icons. More about BRouter navigation profiles: https://github.com/poutnikl/Brouter-profiles/wiki

This is bad. Want to keep the original assignment of Locus profiles and create new ones and assign profiles to Brouter.Allocation is alright. Name is awarded too. Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign an icon. Number of profiles are too few.

You can switch the Locus-BRouter profiles off and use just BRouter-dedicated ones - only, those have to be defined out of Locus in BRouter and then added to BRouter app. More info at https://github.com/poutnikl/Brouter-profiles/wiki
