Hello,
I only guess that this is some imported KML track or navigation route. Please open Menu > Tracks > move on tab Items. In items tab click on "Eye" icon on top panel (remove temporary items). Or deselect any item in list of items.
However do you know what is the source of the track?

It occured when I used to navigate to one of my Points. But since than, there was no possibility to delte it.
Your Idea didn't work for me...

In this case it should be navigation route. So you should be able to click on it > click on arrow on popup and select "Hide"
