How can I navigate with this software on foreign land?

I'm living in Hungary.When I was in Germany it doesn't work the navigate function with installed offline vector-maps. Droped a failure message "there is problem with the network connection"
Just I can use that only simple map function without route planning.
Why do it need mobile network if I have offline maps? I have Pro version.

Whenever i travel outside my network area internationally all i need is my GPS turned on. I'm certain you will ahve tried disconnecting your mobile netowrks and ensured your GPS was on?

The function "Navigate to" works online only in Locus app, so its need to have an internet connection for route calculate. The vector offline map has no effect on this function.
There is possible to create your own track and use navigation function. More information you find here http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:navigation_guiding:navigation_along_own_track
