How can I set my position to be always in the center of the screen while the map moves?

I want to follow a track while recording at the same time during biking and for that I need that my position stays visible while the map moves. So far the map stays while my position moves outside the screen.

One of the options is through configuration:

The other option is to press the first icon on the left of the function bar at the bottom of the screen, which has an icon as a sight or gps :).
