There are several possibilities:

you can connect phone with PC copy the file from folder /Locus/mapsVector to the PC and after that copy them back to the Tablet
you can copy mentioned files from /Locus/mapsVector folder to the Dropbox or Google Drive and after that copy files from cloud to the second device
finally it's possible to download maps again from Locus store on your tablet (you need to login with the same account)
