How is bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor Info displayed after ride?

After I record a ride/track with a bluetooth hrm attached, how will I see the mapping of heart rate to the track just recorded? Will heart rate be displayed in a graph, or will heart rate be somehow summarized on the statistics page or will it be available as in the Laps page so I can see heart rate over different parts of the ride?

Ideally, what I would like to be able to do is to see how the heart rate (average or max min) varies at different intervals during the ride. It would be nice to be able to pinpoint the rate at the top of a climb as well.

I don't have a heart rate monitor yet, but hope to get one and see its results in Locus Pro.

Hi David,

the heart rate can be visualized in the chart attached to the track (more about track detail screen: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:management#track_detail_screen). The chart can be displayed also "live" on the dashboard (more about dashboards: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tools:dashboards)

Thank you Michal, There is always more to learn about Locus Pro :).

Can I ask one followup? Am I correct to think that the heart rate information is captured in the gpx trail that I record and that if I downloaded the gpx file, I would see the heartrate information within it?

Thanks

HRM information is not captured in GPX - it's too simple format for this. If you want to export track with HRM data use TCX instead which is better suited for combining track and HRM data.
