How to modify the default track name and how to delete a profil ? Thanks
Answered
Hi,
I apologize for these maybe (redundant) questions:
1. Is it possible to control the file's name when recording a track ? For example If one prefers the starting city name instead of a date
2. How to delete a profil ?

For the question #2, I have found the solution. It's quite obvious. The profil must be not selected at the time one want it be deleted.
Question #1 is still an open one.

at the end of recording you should be able to enter own name.
-> http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:recording
to rename your already saved tracks use "edit".
eg -> http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:management#track_detail_screen
search for "track management button"

Thanks but my goal was to select a default naming i.e. departure location for example instead of the date only. It is always painfull to enter a long text on a smartphone.

I hope, i don't miss a feature - but i think that's not possible yet.
Maybe an new idea is born.

As gynta wrote (thanks btw.), it is not possible. Time is default and only option.
