How to put compass rose on the screen.

Hey, all i want to put compass rose on the screen? is that possible. Dashboard can? Or do i have to use custom screen?

In other threads, I've seen links to examples. However, I cannot get any of these links to work, they either end up at a screen telling 'this subject isn't written yet' (or similair) or a blank page. Do there exist anywhere already made custom screens to test?

Thanks, but this might be a reason for my problems, I don't get any links or d/l info in these topics. So I don't know how to d/l these CS's... I've tried i FireFox and in Vivaldi... I get only static texts (except for usernames...).

By the way, I saw in another thread this comment from you, but that link seems to end up empty (even if I remove the extra http://):

the custom screens i have built are for balloning and geocaching and not special for hiking
The GC-screen i use while geocaching, to display the distance and direction to a selected target, not to track the distance.
I think http://http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php/shop:items:custom_screen_balloni_ballon is the better skin for your usage.
It display more infos and your whish to display the traveled distance is posible after you start trackrecording on bottom of the screen.
Try it and have fun"
