How to work with on Smartphones downloaded maps on my Computer?

Few Days ago I got LocusMaps Pro on my Galaxy-Phone. Now I wonder how I can work with there downloaded maps on my computer.
Is that possible?

I forgot to write, that I'm working with LINUX/Debian/Jessie. Although I habe Virtual Windows-Maschine on it. So that I could probably install BlueStacks or maybe Genymotion there. Or are there also tools for LINUX?

You can try Cruiser http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Cruiser#Linux
For vector maps only, though. Well, plus some few online maps, but no SQLITE offline raster map.
