How to load an OpenAir data file?

Hi.
Can someone help me or point me somewhere where it is described how to load an OpenAir data file. Information about this format is so sparse and example files are sometimes in .dat, sometimes in .txt. When I`m trying to import OpenAir .dat file, I`m getting a message from Locus that this "format is unsopported". So I`m confused if the extension is wrong or if the data inside is wrong. Please can you give me a working example file? Poland would be perfect:P
