I have purchased Locus on the amazon store. Release notes say 3.31, but the 'about' 3.30... no updates available.
How can I get the latest version?

I've just checked Locus version on Amazon app store. I can see there a new version 3.31.1. Please, try it again and in case of troubles, contact Amazon technical support with this problem.
