I can`t update a cache

Hi,


I just updated Locus, everything seemed alright. But then I wanted to update a cache.


Somehow Locus seemed to forgot my geocaching account.


I was redirected to the geocaching webside where I needed to give my credentials, but that wouldn`t work either?!?


Is there something changed? Is this a Locus problem or a geocaching one?


I can access my geocaching account via the webside without a problem.

So I open GC4L/Settings/Login and all works perfect again ;-))

Okay,


After some retries I changed browser (from opera to default) and everything works again.

It seems to me that there are some problems with Geocaching Live. It keeps me logging off from GC4L and asking for re-authorisation of my credentials/device. Once I log on...its ok...for a while, but after some time I am again I am logged off.

Hi Patrik it is the same by me


another Problem i have:


i am logged in with GC4L, then i get a notification via gmail of a new cache.


if i klick the link to the cache in this mail a window apeares "cannot open Please login..."


and in GC4L i am logged out ???

Well, I have tried also the new GC4L 1.5rc1, still no change ... With Locus 2.8.7 everything worked like a charm.. not sure whether it is a problem of Locus, or the add-on..

I also still have these problems. Geocaching live works normal, but GC4L is losing its connection and authentication information on a constant basis.


I hope Menion solve this problem before the weekend...

as you already wrote "Geocaching live" works fine. GC4L is outside of my work. I`m going to forward this post to developer of this add-on

it seems to be solved with V 2.9.1.1,


a short test was ok.


update caches and import new caches work well and i am not logged out

I agree with Wolfgang on the updates and import of geocaches. That seems to be solved. But what has happened on the first screen when you click on a cache?


The background of the buttons is white?!? It`s ugly. I can`t believe this is as designed.

sorry guys, but it`s all really a coincidence


problem IS in geocaching4Locus and has nothing to do with Locus versions. We have to anyway wait for official post from Arcao. He already gave me some short information, about some problems with Groundspeak terms of use, but I don`t know anything more specific


And what happen on first screen? ... ah damn, side effect, thanks :)

I got the same here guys! Me and My Caching Team member keep having to login to gc.com via geocaching4locus app, seems it just randomly logs us out and we have no idea why?
