Impossible to display the map "Geoportail Map route ville"

Hello For several weeks, I cannot post(show) any more the card(map) "Geoportail Map route ville" Locus posts(shows) " refused access ". I had no this problem before.

Hi,

I guess that you use unsupported plugin Map Tweak that probably breaks terms of use of IGN service. Please see the following article that describe how to use IGN map in Locus http://www.locusmap.eu/hiking-season-in-france-starts-with-ign-offline-maps-in-locus/

cannot view or download the Geoportail map and Map scan express classic maps. access denied. However, it is indicated in "details" that these maps are visible and downloadable for free. I don't have Maps Tweaks. Thank you.

I did a quick test of IGN > Cartes IGN map and it works correctly. Are you sure you use and official IGN maps, please? Menu > Maps Online > IGN > Cartes IGN? I only mentioned that the Cartes IGN are available under a charged subscription. Is your subscription active and valid, please? (please create a new private ticket and send me your account in the Locus Store - I'll check your subscription.

No, I don't have an IGN subscription. I am talking about the Geoportail France map (Map route ville and Scan express classic route ville). It is indicated in Locus/online map/Geoportail/map/details that viewing and downloading is free. But I get the access denied message. Thank you

I'm sorry but this isn't official IGN map. Maybe you used to use mentioned MapTweak add-on or any other tool that added Geoportail map into Locus online maps section. Honestly I don't know the source of this map and I can't give you any advice how to fix it. Please try to remember how you added it into Locus or please use an official Menu > Map manager > Online > IGN maps
