In Chart the label on the vertical marker gets hidden when close to the edge

In Chart the label on the vertical marker gets hidden when close to the edges. When the marker is on the leftmost half of the chart, the label is on the left side of the marker line. So when the marker is close to the left vertical axis, the label gets hidden. Similar on the rightmost half of the chart. The issue is easily solved by moving the vertical label to the other side of the vertical marker on each half respectively, just like the label for horizontal value.
