Initialisierung Fehler 10100

Um mit OpenSeemap Karten zu arbeiten habe ich gerade bei Amazon die LOCUS PRO Version gekauft. Leider kommt gleich nach dem Start ein Bildschirm "Hoppla Resultinfo Dode: 10100".

Weiter geht es nicht, auch nicht nach Neustart des Programm oder des Tablet.

Die freie Version lief vorher 2 Jahre ohne Probleme.

Was kann ich jetzt machen?

Hardware / Software:


Android 4.4.2

Mediatec 4 x 1,5ghz, 10,1"

There is probably a problem with internet connection during installation. So please, check your internet connection before Locus installation.

Hallo Hana,

the internet conection is checket.  I have the Tablet new regist in me google konto. this is working fine.

The internet works with all other app and Programms are LOCUS PRO will not work.

Is it a Problem as i have the app buyed by amazon?

it´s evry time the same failure---seeh the pic´s.
