Initializing uploaded maps

Hello! On the JIAYU G4 smartphone, I downloaded a lot of Yandex-hybrid online maps with the placement on an external SDcard. Problems with the initialization of maps and work with them was not. Today I moved this SDcard to a smartphone ZTE V987, I downloaded the program Locus Map Pro from Google Play under my account. At the first start of the program, initialization of all cards started. All cards are added without problems! And only with the addition of one card there was an error: "Can obtain zoom levels"

I'd like to inform you that the Yandex maps are not supported by Locus Map due to terms of use.
However error message "Can obtain zoom levels" signalizes that map file is somehow corrupted. Maybe some complication with SDcard. Sometimes helps following steps: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:advanced:map_tools:corrupted_sqlite
