Good day Oliver,

sorry to hear that. Because you are the only one who reported stability problems with latest version of Locus, may you please create for us a error log by this method http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log , right after Locus crash for you? I'm sure, in log will be any useful information why certain problem happen. Thank you!

Thank you Oliver,

log helps. At least to find out what is this problem about. I used one device from Sony and just this device had exactly same problem as yours. It's issue in Android WebView. Component that display web pages. In this case it's a problem in WebView that Locus use for display of cache listing.

So result is, that randomly locus crash a few seconds after you display cache listing. I wasn't able to find out why this happen and because no one other wrote about this problem, I though it's just issue of my device.

I'm surprised that same problem appear now, with latest update, because there were no change that may cause it and same issue should exists in all previous Locus versions, interesting.

Anyway I'll try to find out more about this and find any solution. What should save us, is update of your device to higher version of Android, but I don't know what device and Android version you have so hard to say if any update is planned.

Sorry for a troubles, I'll let you know when I find something useful.

I'm using a OnePlus One A0001 for about 4 weeks now. It's running Cyanogenmod Android 4.4.4 and got its last update yesterday. But after your detailed description I'm not longer sure if this behaviour appears just after the last update. I cached not as much during the last weeks and especially not with my new smartphone.

Before this, I used a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE (i9305) with Cyanogenmod Android 4.2 for months without this problem.

Yes, on 4.2 were no problem. This issue is related only to certain versions of 4.4.

Thank you for your logs, as I wrote, I'll give this issue high priority and try to fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for these troubles!

Good day Oliver,

unfortunately I have bad news. I was trying to find out some more information about this problem, but seems that Locus is only one who suffer with it. No matter what simulator or device I use, this issue do not appear. So it looks it really happens only on certain devices and really rarely.

Aren't there any plans to update to some new versions of Cyanogenmode (if exists any)?

I've got now the new Cyanogenmod 12.0 Android 5.0.2 installed on my OnePlus.

I cannot longer reproduce the described problem, so I think this issue can be marked solved?
