Installation of Locus Map Pro on Moto X Pure Edition (2015)

I have a Moto X Pure Edition (XT1575). Lineage OS is my Operating System. Locus Map Pro has worked before on this device with this OS.
I recently had to reinstall Android on this phone, There are very few apps on this device, so nothing should be interfeing with it. I installed the non-paid app, and it initialized fine. The Pro version--which I bought a long time ago--isn't getting past the initializing screen, after install.
I've tried clearing the App Memory and Cache, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling, and also using a cleaning app to remove residual files. (Clean Master).
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is there a Google Play store in your device? Google Play store is necessary for license verification of purchased apps.

you have to install the latest version of Playstore 10.7.19. See this link especially reply #2 for more details.
