Interupting map download - retrieving cached maps

Hi guys,
I've started downloading (Separate map SQL) NzTopoMaps for offline use, but the maps supplier is imposing a limit of 500 tiles per day.
i've been resuming the download for a few days but it's going to take me so long that I have to stop.
Is there a way to retrieve the maps I've downloaded from cache and put them in my final maps ? Then later I can download other tiles on top of the already downloaded ones using the External map SQL mode ?

If you download map in common SQLite mode "Separate map" , then map file is downloading to Locus/maps directory. Even if you stop downloading, this map should be already available in map screen, tab "Personal". Do you have it there?
If you decide to continue, you may simply select this map and use, as you mentioned, "External SQL mode" so all new tiles will be added to this, already existing, map.
