Inventory not available while logging

I can be totally off topic, but I think you need to be online to log trackables. Maybe you was not?

Steps to reproduce:

• Import a geocache using the GPX downloaded from the geocaching website
• The cache appears on the map. Tap it to open it
  
• Tap the icon at the right top to open the Main Menu
• Tap the "Log Visit" function
• prepare the log
• Open the Inventory tab
• While there is a trackable in my inventory, the tab only contains the message "Function is available only in mode "Log your visit"

Extra info: I enabled the setting "Always log offline" in the Locus Geocaching settings

Thank you for your answer. To log trackables, you must be online indeed.

But this is the function where you can log a trackable already in your inventory in which you can log "this trackable visited that geocache".

Anyway, I am online at the moment.

So message and/or function is wrong, menion will sure fix it :-)

Well, I'll check it tomorrow, today it too late :)

Anyway it's required to tap top menu > Log visit > Log your visit (in Online section). Only here it will work.

If you have enabled "Always log offline", then this feature won't work.

Important here is, that Locus is able to store your logs for later use. But is not able to keep extra data like logs for trackables. These needs to be send on geocaching.com server immediately. That's why this feature works really only with online logging by "Log visit > Log your visit".
