Is it possible to show image with groundoverlay kml definition?

I have a software called ReefMaster that can generate images together with kml files containing a groundoverlay definition that places said file using the correct coordinates.
I can't find any way of showing this in locus. Is it me not finding it or is it not supported?

Hi Peter,
the KML file contains only the groundoverlay definition, not the photo. Both th definition and the photo has to be packed in a KMZ file. Please have a look at your software if there is such an option of export.
