Hello Roland,

I`m not sure how this should work. You mean over bluetooth connection? This is currently not possible. If you firstly export GPX file from your Garmin device and then import this file into Locus, it will probably not be a problem

Thanks for your reply.

I want to use the USB connection, the etrex don`t have BT.

For the export functionality I need a pc or laptop, on vacation is atablet much better to handle.

Sportablet have al small solution but it works only with rootacces and a older rom with Android 4.0X

Hmm so you want from Locus to download data from Garmin eTrex connected by USB cable to your device?

And how generally android works with this connected device? You may browse some disk in your eTrex by some file manager in Android?

Anyway, working with USB devices is currently not planned in Locus, so if there is no simple method to download data from eTrex by any file manager, then it will not be possible. I have anyway no! experience with this, so if someone know about way, how to simply do it, suggestion is more then welcome

have you set your etrex in spanner mode before trying sportablet?

in spanner mode the etrex is not a mass storage, you shouldn`t have any ROM issues.
