thank you for screenshot.
I think that you use Map Overlay feature (Menu > More > Map overlay). And as a overlay is used Wanderreit map. The error message comes from Wanderreit map service that block the access. Please turn of the Map overlay feature to see the OpenAndroMap map.
BTW: could I ask you what Locus version do you use, please?

great, thank you for info. I'm sorry for blocking of Wanderreit map but we aren't able to arrange good cooperation with map provider. In the latest version 3.31.0 should be a new mechanism that prevent overflow the quota but it seems that we need to check it again.
