Hallo,
Heute habe ich Locus pro für mein Samsung S7 gekauft und die Mitteilung
zum runterladen der drei kostenlosen Locus Karten für neue Locus Kunden erhalten,
kann aber keine Karte runterladen. Warum?
Habe seit Juni 2015 das Locus free auf dem Samsung Tablet.

did you download/use LoMaps with your Locus Free? If yes, you probably consumed the "welcome maps" before...

Yes, I had downloaded the 3 welcome maps but with locus free 2 years ago. Can I use now the locus pro also at the tablet?

Hi Brigitte,
your map downloads and purchases are associated with your Locus Store account, not the Locus you use - similarly, your Locus Map Pro licence is associated with your Google Play account so if you use your tablet with the same GP account, you can install LM Pro there as well without extra payment.
