Can you imagine point-in-polygon test for query to description of overlayed kml-polygons?
Is there an option to zoom to the polygons extent `on load` instead of to the first boundary point like for tracks?
Background is an intended possible misuse of LOCUS as client to dynamic kml information, f.i. surface water catchments.

If you are still interested in this task, may you share with us some sample KML file with defined parameters that are currently ingnored by Locus? Like "onLoad" action etc.
