Kyocera Duraforce Pro, Android 6.0. No config.cfg

After installing Locus Pro ( at InternalMemory, Offline Maps are installed at uSDCard ) I can not find the config.cfg.
I have searched with some Filemanagers, TotalCommander and ES Explorer on Internal and External Memory ( uSDCard )
Is there any way to create the file config.cfg manually ?
I want to configure Hardwarebuttons for LocusPro.

it's very interesting. Config.cfg file should be visible in main application folder in all cases. Maybe you may give a try different file browser? I can imagine that some file browsers will ignore "cfg" engine, because it looks too "geeky".
