The phone is running Android version 7.1.2 and software version 5.572VZ. There are no updates available. Locus isn't visible on the Playstore when I got there on this phone but it is when I'm on my Galaxy Note 10. I know a pile of people that use this phone for Locus so I'm sure it's something simple but I don't know what the problem is. Thoughts?

"Kyocera DuraForce Pro" device is set as enabled in the list of supported devices for Locus Map app. So, unfortunately, there is nothing we may do on our side. What about in web browser on the PC, do you see your device as supported when you tap on the "Install" button?
