Last four characters are missing on existing (local) field notes. Uploaded field notes on GC.com are OK.

Sorry for a troubles. Anyway I can't help here. System for Field notes will be completely new in next Locus version. I have already created new system for storing field notes offline, there will be separate add-on for some special tasks around field notes and more.
So I also believe that such problem will be automatically fixed by next update.
