we don't have any list of supported devices for the Locus Map Watch add-on but any watch equipped with Wear OS should do. You might check if the watch is equipped with GPS receiver which could be useful later or for your other activities and apps, but for now even this is not a requirements since the Location is based on the information provided from Locus Map on the phone.
We will be also releasing similar add-on for Samsung Gear S2, S3, Sport and Samsung Galaxy Watch (i.e. targeting Tizen OS) which should be pretty similar in function.
