Live tracking autostart timeout
I'd like to see an autostart timeout being implemented for live tracking the way it is done for track recording
- support a time-out setting (in seconds)
- during the time out, support the possibility to cancel track recording before it started
Background information: I implemented my own live tracking "server" to which I send the coordinates using live tracking. When a new tracking starts, an email is sent to relatives so that they're notified that my tracker is enabled.
Also, when I start locus, both recording and tracking start up automatically so that while driving, the only thing I have to do is start locus.
However, when I start locus just to prepare something or use it without track recording/live tracking, I can stop recording before it starts, but in the meantime, the mail that notifies about the started tracker is already sent out.
It would be better to have the possibility to disable it before the first GPS log was sent to the server... It would be less confusing for my relatives!
I have a work-around for this: recording profiles can start live tracking profiles as well. So I configured a recording profile which launches the live tracking as well. When I stop that recording, the live tracking stops as well!

Good afternoon Auric,
I'm really glad you've found a working workaround for your use-case, perfect!
