Live Tracking: renewal notices a successful real time monitoring

In the settings in the "notification section" it would be logical to also have a notice on the resumption of the successful transfer requests, similar to what exists now the notification of non-success.

I was making some improvements in Live tracking service and I believe, there will be users that finds this settings useful as well. Well, I more hope then believe. We will see. Anyway idea implemented and will be available in next Locus version.
