Live tracking

Hi,

Does live tracking work just on GPS. I don't need a phone signal?

Also if I don't move for 10 minutes, eg I went for a walk and had an accident, does the live tracking stop showing my location?

You absolutely need a (mobile) data connection to send your position.

People at home can follow you here over a PC: https://live-tracking.locusmap.app/online-trackers/ or on their own phone in Locus, but then they need also to activate live tracking themselves.

You can set the interval or frequency for sending your position, e.g. every 2 minutes etc. If you stop moving Locus will send the same position all the time.

Dear Rycyro

As Henk writes, you need mobile data for Livetracking.

When you stay on the place, Locus will send the same position.

Best regards.
