Locked on "Working...."

I've only been using Pro for a week, tried using a bit online over Wifi,,, lots of settings never really got down to using it....
Uploaded a few Vector Maps onto internal SD Card... pointed to the directory no issue worked once... closed program and for the past 6 days the program has been locked on "working" when it is started and no way to get to the program..... can't access anything.... this needs to be fixed !!!
The same problem 
After further testing -
-Closed program - moved all Vector maps (1gb) to separate directory - LP starts no problem works fine
-Close program move all Vector Maps back to "pointed directory" - LP does not start "Working" waited 30 minutes to give it benefit to get offline maps up - NOPE
-Close program pointing to online maps (so on restart will not try to load offline) - NOPE doesn't work still attempts to load maps program will not start .... "working"
This seems like a pretty basic function for an app at this price to overcome having to try load offline maps when booting up program - otherwise its pretty useless for 10 bucks...
Please explain a fix,,, or how to recoup refund.

sorry to hear about such troubles. Anyway in your post is a lot of mysteries for me.
- where comes your vector maps? Direct link so I may download them and test if needed
- how you defined an path to these maps stored on SD card
- how much vector maps you have on a card? If just few, then why don't you try to place maps in different directory and try to add them one byone?
Anyway for me it looks like some problem with any map and Locus inability to handle it correctly (with some error message).

Good day Brian. Which map should I download? There is a quite lot of them. I need to exactly simulate same situation as You, because only this may cause (I hope) same problem as you have (and as I never saw before). Thanks

I hoped, you have just a one or two maps on card. In this case, you had to spend a day to download all these maps with all ads and timeouts around ... crazy. Anyway I've just downloaded one map to test and it all seems to work correctly.
Well, I have no idea what exactly problem on your side. Most common solution in this case is creating a log http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log .
Anyway you started using this app and since start you use quite untypical options. Vector maps from source I never saw before, maps stored on SD card thanks to extra settings. If you do not want to create a log (where I hope should be an useful information), then I really suggest to remove these maps, start Locus and add just one map you wants to use, later second, etc. Also suggest to test maps directly from Locus Store or for example OpenAndroMaps which are well tested and very popular vector maps as well.

I don't understand - I travel many provinces and states in one trip - so I cant have more than one or two maps loaded on SD Card.... seems odd the app can't handle a couple maps....
This is not hte only problem I have with this program - I can't even punch in an address for routing - I use a contact address - it searches it and finds it then reverts back to my location without option for directions - this program has many glitches - I'm using it as intended and following instructions.... and yet multiple items are not working.... how do I get a refund ? I paid $10 I see its on for half price days after I bought it and I don't want it - please forward refund thank you

Using address for routing ... did you tried "main menu > more functions > navigate to"? If you use "Search > Contacts" - then map center just move to found address. If you anyway have enabled centering (most bottom left button on map screen), map returns after a few seconds back to your GPS location.
And refund - generally we refund purchase if there is an serious reason for that and this seems to be serious reason. My wife will take care of it in Monday. Anyway from my point of view, I still see no reason, why it should not work. So if you will wants to solve it and invest little time to it, no problem, I'll try to help. Otherwise, Hanka refund your order in Monday.

I'll be honest this app seems to have everything built in but I have followed a week of reading and directions - I'm extremely adept with e-world and normal do not have any issues - the phone is new and works flawless everywhere else - if it can even open without having only one map in the hopper and many other simple task crashing it I can't explain it - I know the ratings that why i picked this app - I uninstalled and cleared all memory figuring maybe just a bad install - after I installed it again - same issues did not change a thing. I'd prefer to try something else - thank you for refund.
