Locus action xml files not working in Firefox for Android
Solved
Not sure this is a Locus issue, but the locus action xml files are not working properly in Firefox for Android. When clicking on a link (like this link on http://vegetationmap4africa.org/2_Vegetation_map/Mobile_maps.html), I get the message that it can't find an app to open. There is the option to search manually for an app. Using this option one is presented with a list from the app store, including Locus (which is obviously already installed).
In short, it seems Firefox for Android does not recognize / see that Locus is installled. Is this something that can be changed from Locus, or really a Firefox issue? Note that the same links are working fine when opened from Chrome or the native browser on my phone.
Hello Paulo,
this is for me known issue based on fact, that Firefox require different method to open this direct-locus-links. Unfortunately I have no simple solution for this problem as it needs a two different links.

OK, thanks. I did report it on the support forum of Firefox for Android. Let's see about their response.

I think this is also why when you try to install a =voice]different TTS voice it also fails.

I'm closing this issue. During last years, many have changed and I do not remember I read about the problem with Locus actions on any device. So I consider that on the most of the major web browsers on Android, this feature works correctly. Thanks.
