Locus does not work after downlosd

Hello

If I would open Locus map after download it does not work. The app stops. I have this problem only with my tablet with Android lolipop 5.1. With my smartphone Android 3 it is working.

How I can solve this problem?

you wrote "after download", do you mean after installation??

if so

do you have internet access on you tablet, this is required on first start of locus

Hello


after installation. When I press open the App, the App does not open and the comment is "Locus stops". I had internet access when I tried to open Locus.

are you also logged in to same google accout, you installed locus to the tablet?

Phillip, firstly sorry for a complications right after start. It is possible to try to create a debug log by this method http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log , right after application starts? Thank you

It`s not working.

I can``t do anything. The debug log does not work. After I tried to start the app, there is only the possibility, stop the app or show the problem. If I try shop the problem, nothing will open.

Good day,

what exactly is a problem with creating log? Option to create log should work in all cases. So right after application crash, you should open "Developer tools" and tap on "Take report" (or something like this). Be aware that "USB debugging" in same menu needs to be enabled as well.
