Locus Free now freezes when navigating on GPX

We are having an issue with the Locus Free app freezing when trying to use navigate on our imported GPX file. It was working before but we were having issues with some other tracks so we decided to reinstall. After reinstalling, it would freeze at the navigate pop up. We tried reinstalling the app, resetting the whole tablet itself. I thought maybe it was an android version problem, but after talking to the Samsung tech support they say our Samsung Galaxy Tab A is up to date on version (6.0.1). Please advise.

unfortunately after a week, we have no response from you on balloni's post.

Except track itself, also few more information should be useful here. You wrote "freezing". What exactly does it means? Are you seeing error dialog "ANR - Application not reponsing", or error dialog "Force close - Locus Map was terminated", or any other error message? Something un-usuall that may helps identify problem will be really welcome.
