Locus Map doesn't run on AMI DuOS 3.10.30

I downloaded locus map 3.18.2 from Amazon. I installed it on AMI DuOS 3.10.30. The screen turned black. Windows 10 Task Manager showed the process "DuoVM Headless" using >93% of the CPU DuOS using >1.5%. This is a new installation of DuOS on Win 10 and a new install of Locus Map purchased yesterday from Amazon. Don't know how to resolve this.

Good day,

I've just installed this emulator, installed also Locus Map (Free) 3.18.2 from Amazon and all seems to work correctly.

This will be really hard to solve, close to impossible. What you may try is to enable Root mode in AMI DuOS settings, install also "aLogCat" application from Amazon, start Locus and wait an minute. If nothing happen then close Locus, open aLogCat, wait a while and store and send me log created by this application. Creating log is common method on devices/tablets so I hope it will be possible to do also on this emulator.

Here is my progress:

* Enable Root Mode - success

* Install aLogCat - success

* I start Locus and the Android screen turns black. In Windows I start Task Manager and observe “DuOS VM Headless” process using almost all of the cpu cycles

* BTW the CPU in this tablet is a Intel Atom 1.33 Ghz

* In order to get out of the endless loop I have to end the process in Task Manager.

* I then restart DuOS and then start aLogCat and I can see the log file - BUT when I go to SAVE it acts like it is doing something but I cannot find the file

in Windows. So I guess I’ve hit another roadblock - maybe off a cliff.

Thank You for your suggestions.

Good day Ed,

very hard task to help here. Without ability to simulate it on own device (PC) and also without a logs.

Anyway as I see, you use some DuOS version 3.x+, while I've installed version 2.0.7.8268. Also on their web pages is visible only this 2.x version ( http://www.amiduos.com/downloads ). Are you using some Beta version?
