Locus Map has stopped

Hi, since about a week my Locus Map Pro has not been able to start, just the message "Locus Map has stopped" is displayed. I've already Restarted the app and Rebooted Android. Perhaps Reinstalling the app could help, but I do not know how to do that. Uninstall and install again? I do not want to loose my data.

Hi Michal,
the problem is 100% repeatable: I hit the LocusMap icon and after a few seconds I get the message "Locus Map has stopped".

since yesterday locus map starts normally. No idea why, maybe something has changed when the bug report was generated.

good news from you, but actually we analyzed your bug report and it shows a few cases of the app crash due to "out of memory" but in places out of reach of Locus - somewhere in your phone system. Anyways, to be on the safe side - we recommend to try to reduce amount of data displayed on map, overlays etc., see more tips for better Locus performance here: https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:locus_performance.
