Locus Pro 3.8.1 Guidance
Solved
1. After activating guidance track changes its style - arrow to solid line. And shows points in key positions above my POI, so i can't see POI icon
2. Notification on POI merged with track does not work. Actually merged POI (turns, instructions etc) replaced with navigation icons
The same problem 
1.By taping on guidance icon in upper left corner and choosing "information" i can change style of track (message: Track navigation saved! Warning: track in not stored in database). But points over my POI remains. And i want use my own track with its style

1. color of track during guidance is discussed here http://forum.locusmap.eu/index.php?topic=3318.msg36439#msg36439, so it will be improved in next Locus version.
2. I have unfortunately no idea what you mean. Please provide step by step instructions so I may simulate your issue.

2. after reading forum: is it any way to not show generated guidance waypoints? I can disable notification on theese points but cannot hide them.I set POI in all key places manually, so generated WP with commands interfere with my points.
Can I switch between generated points and manually placed POI ?

sorry for a late response.
1. issue with POI alert on attached waypoints will be fixed in next version
2. settings in guidance > points works only for a separate points: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:guidance#guidance_to_a_point
3. hiding navigation points is not possible
