Solved

I have updated to 3.14.0 recently. Since then I can not start the app. Only black screen appears.

I tried several things, clearing cash, uninstall. I tried as well to remove SD card and then it suddenly starts.

Can you please help with this problem?

Phone: Sony Xperia Z3 compact.

OS: androis 5.1.1

Thank you.

Stefan

Good day,

log received, thank you!

Seems there is really some problem with SD card and Locus cooperation. Application is stuck on basic initialization mainly right after reboot. Really hard to help here, but what should I suggest is to check your card for example in computer. With some "integrity check" tool. Maybe you should try to keep Locus "wait" a little longer as there is no clear error that Locus crashed, but rather that Locus waits on something.

Finaly, it turned into problem with SD card. I tried other card and there is no issue with other SD card, Locus starts.

Dont understand what it really was with the old card. It is solved now for me with other SD card.

Just for my information, why Locus has an issue with SD card?, it is not installed on card and I dont have any Locus files there.

Only what Locus do at start that should influence this, is that it test all possible places where Locus root directory may be placed. It also test if they are read-only or read-write. And here probably was a problem.

If I remember correctly, there was just an information that Locus waits on responce from system function that should inform about state of SD card. And because this card had some problem, Locus still waited and waited ...

I'm glad you solved it. It may not mean that SD card is good just to trash. Maybe simple integrity check in Windows 10 may find some problem.
