Good day Giorgio,
I've never saw such error message. After quick search I discovered this document on official pages of Lenovo : https://support.lenovo.com/documents/ht101916 , that describe some Lenovo-own-mechanism how to protect your device. Maybe you should check if this application is not blocking Locus app.
Hope this helps, because I'm almost 100% sure, that this is not directly problem of Locus itself.

Thank you for the the quick reply.
I don't find on Tab3 the app mentioned in the document.
I have already allowed the install from unknown parts, but...
I have seen that after the installation there is no Locus dir in
the sdcard (I have not yet installed the external sdcard) as
I find on my HTC One mini ( / > sdcard > Locus ).
Can this help debugging the problem?
Thanks
Giorgio

Hello Giorgio,
it probably won't help here. As I wrote, problem you describe here has probably nothing to do with Locus itself. Seems that some software in your device blocks using of Locus for unknown reason. Because I do not have same device for test, if you wants to use Locus, you will have to try find some special settings in your device that may cause this.
