Locus says ".... Zone 5" at startup on Honor 6X Pro

Hi all

2 weeks ago I purchased a Honor 6X Pro as I don't want to use anymore my company's Samsung S6 on the trails.

I installed Locus Pro (3.24.3) on the Honor and imported all settings from a backup of the S6. So everything is set as I'm used to.

Still something strange happens every time I start Locus on the Honor. After ~30 seconds a female voice announce once "... Zone 5". I can't get the 1st word but the rest is absolutely in French which is my phone's language.

This doesn't occur with any other app using the GPS (waze, G Maps, GPS status...)

I have no idea where it could come from. Despite it occurs only when running Locus, I have strong doubts that Locus is in cause.

Any idea?

Good day Barbudor,

funny, same happen to me few days ago during field testing. I'm 100% sure that this is not coming from Locus.

Because I was experiment with some add-ons and definitely testing this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gilisztaturmixgmail.locus_addon_hr , suggest to look into it's settings as this sound most probably comes from here.

You are correct. That was the 1 difference between the S6 and the Honor. I did install the heart rate monitor plug-in to test it and forgot about it.

The strange word was 'heart rate' pronounced with a French accent.
