Locus V4 - what's the latest?

I'm very much looking forward to the new features in Locus 4 and have no issue with the subscription model. The blog post states it should be along "mid 2019", but we're well past that now. When can we expect to see it, and is there a way to get an early version? No pressure, just excited for it!
