locus-wms link does not work for a specific WMS server.
Solved
On www.landesvermessung.sachsen.de to locus by clicking the "add to locus" link.
When I click this links I get:
WMS: `Service` incorrectly loaded!
Notification inside locus.
I can add the same url (changing locus-wms:// to http://) manually in locus.
The same problem 
Same problem other error message:
locus-wms://gdi1.geo.bremen.de/mapproxy/Apps4Bremen/service
gives "Problem with Internet connection"
When manually add
http://gdi1.geo.bremen.de/mapproxy/Ap...
it works

this is request I do:
http://www.landesvermessung.sachsen.de/ias/basiskarte4/service/srv4adv_p_doprgb/wmsfree_tk/wmsservice?service=wms&request=GetCapabilities
And this is correct request
http://www.landesvermessung.sachsen.de/ias/basiskarte4/service/SRV4ADV_P_DOPRGB/WMSFREE_TK/wmsservice?service=wms&request=GetCapabilities
So, problem fixed and maps will work in next version. Thank you for report
