LoMaps download from Locus Store not possible

Instead of enough space, download from small maps like Niedersachsne not possible. Before i tried a big one North Italy ... even not possible.
Available = 1GB ... neaded = 734 MB. System: rooted Android 4.4.4
All directories: /storage/emulated/0/Locus/xxx with xxx= maps, mapsVector, mapitems ...
How to solve?

Got the download of the small map now. Will try now Italy and then external data, which at the moment does not work as well. I bought a map from merkator shop of the lake garda...now i can't load. will come back on this.

Well Italy it is too big now. There is a temp file now. Seems i nee to follow your instruction on how to move the vector data to the sd card. Will try now.
