LoMaps I see that I can update previously bought map. But for update I need to pay once again? is ok

I see that I can update previously bought LoMap. It is not free I need to pay once again is it normal behavior? 2nd question so if it's normal behavior can I see diff between those 2 version (to know if I really need to pay for new version) ?

1. As c.s.g. mentioned the update is really charged. The price for purchase or update basically covers only our expenses related to generation, storage and distribution of map files.2. Honestly, there are maybe several thousands of changes in every map version (updates of pois, new mapped paths, etc.) Unfortunately it's almost impossible to prepare some "diff"
