Losing of app shortcuts in the right panel

Hello, during restarts I'm losing some apps defined previously on right panel, namely GPSies and Cycloramic. Both are installed on SD. Does it have something commno with that SD apps are not available shortly after Android start?
Nova Launcher had similar issue but fixed it by not removing apps not available at the moment but graying the icon instead. I'd wish if this could be fixed in future?

understand and confirm that it is possible. When is Locus filling right panel, only links to functions that are available, are inserted. I do have anyway any simple solution for this now.
