Loss of POI after Android Upgrade
Solved
Hi Locus Team,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have justed upgrade my phone to Android 4.4.2 while my Locus is 2.20.0.
My Locus runs smoothly on my phone. However, all the POI saved before are lost. May I know is there any method to recover the previous POI ?
Thank you for your reply.
Hello,
thank you for your post.
First of all, I need to know if you can see a "Found changes in Locus directory" warning screen after Locus run. If so, it means, that your data (POIs, tracks, etc.) are saved in external SD card in Locus directory and another empty Locus directory is newly in internal memory of your phone. It caused upgrade of your phone to Android 4.4.2.
