Make "Move to current position after 5 s" time changeable

I have the feature activated most of the time.

However, the Xperia Active is sometimes slow when calculating vector maps. That leads to inactivity after which the map jumps back to the current position.

If the time was changeable, one could set the feature a bit lazier to let a vector map build.
