Manual record the track not work

When I`m in record the track and press button for add the point, will displayed dialog with name of point, but the point is not added to track. The name of point is incremented (Bod 1, bod 2, ...) but none is added to track. I have version 2.9.2. Can you fix it?

Hello Jan,


when you tap on add point, you should see a red dot on recorded track. I checked this in last version and seems to work correctly. Look on screenshot. Small red dot i the middle of screen is waypoint attached to track. Is this working for you in same way?

thanks for you replay.


I am sorry, I not see the record point. Look on my process:


Start recording the track


Move red cross on the select coordinate and press button with plus (+) on toolbar below.


Press OK button, but nothing point added.


Second press button with plus. The name of point was increment automatically.


Press tool button and select Save actual part.


Locus report: "No recorded points"


What is wrong? What do button with plus?

I think problem is clear, but I`ll try to explain it a little bit

1. in top bar, is symbol of GPS that has orange colour. Orange means, that Locus is trying to get your location from GPS of wi-fi. But location is not yet ready. When GPS get valid location, it change it`s color to green!


2. seems you have enabled GPS in Locus, but I miss symbol of GPS in system top bar. Do you have enabled GPS in system settings? (it`s unfortunately independent on Locus)


3. If you tap on bottom left button, this will center you on your current location, so use it to see what is already recorded


4. last and most important - because you have "NO RECORDED POINTS", you cannot add waypoints to tracks, you cannot store part of tracks etc. (fact that number of added points is increment even if points are not stored is issue I have to fix)
